RETURNS

Our company follows a strict no return or exchange policy. We will only allow exchanges if the product we have delivered is damaged. For damaged product-related redressals please contact customer service at support@shankhglobal.com within 72 hours of the product being delivered.

Each of these orders will be dealt with on an individual and case-by-case basis. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer and please be advised to provide your receipt number for speedy damaged product redressal.

SHIPPING CHARGES

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above Rs.449, which is notified from time to time. We also offer Cash-On-Delivery at no additional charge. You should consider the shipping rates shown at the time of check-out to be final.

Delivery Time

  • Once the order is placed, it takes 2 to 3 business days to dispatch after placing the order. Then 4 to 5 business days for it to get delivered.
  • So, the estimated time would be 5 to 7 working days. You will receive the tracking details once your order has been shipped. ( In some circumstances it’s may be some delay )
